All of our products are hand made and dyed during the mixing process, not externally painted. Due to the nature of concrete, colours and exact dimensions may vary slightly. Concrete is a porous material and will therefore weather with time. Our products are sealed to protect them against discolouration, but oils and other substances might still stain them.
We gift wrap all our items using recycled craft paper and twine, and add some dried lavender. We aim to ship your order within 1 working day, if you need yours delivered sooner/later please leave a note during check out or contact us on info@concretelavender.co.uk
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please contact us and we will arrange a replacement to be sent.
